Summer Fun

Grandma Karm treated us to a get away in St George last week. We stayed at the same place we went to a few years ago and the kids LOVED it! The highlight of our stay was the pool and The Little Mermaid at Tuachan. As soon as we arrived Tuesday afternoon the girls were headed to the pool. They swam until they were starving, we went to dinner and as soon as we got back to the hotel they were headed to the pool again!
Wednesday was another day full of swimming and then that evening we went to Tuachan.
Fallon spilled her blue snow cone withing 30 seconds of sitting down... all over her and Aunt Toots' feet! The show was great and we all enjoyed ourselves!The girls were to shy to get there pictures with the characters afterwards.
Thursday morning we got in a few more hours of swimming, packed up, ran some errands, grabbed lunch and headed home. The girls were both sound asleep before the gorge! Thanks Grandma Karm for a great get away! We had a blast!!!
Tater and Fallon went swimming with Grandma Shirley that afternoon and then had a sleep over at her house that night. Friday we loaded up again and went to Cedar to turn out the horses with daddy and Grandpa Russell. Saturday we met up again with the Ludlow's at the pool and spent the day swimming, while daddy and grandpa worked on the rock wall at the house. That night Grandpa took everybody to the rodeo and the kids drove him absolutely nuts!!!
We were up early the next morning and headed home just in time to get ready for church and celebrate Father's Day!!!
The past two days we have done nothing but hang around the house and try to recoup from going and going!!! But it sure has been fun!!!

Early Morning ...Late Night

Yesterday was the first day of summer break and we started it bye leaving the house with daddy at 5am!!! Ryan had to go do a few things at work so us girlies rode to town with him to meet up with Trisha, Jo, and Addi! We hung out around the house and played, ran errands, got lunch at Sonic, then went to Grandma and Grandpa's to swim! We swam all day and the girls LOVED it!!! That night Trisha's super babysitter came over and watched the girls while we went out for Sushi. After dinner we went and looked at new cars and ran as fast as we could from the salesman! We were just LOOKING after all. Trish and I then went on a late night wal-mart run, and we finally left town at about 11pm! It was a long day, but so fun to have no schedule!!! Yeah for summer and swimming!!!

Memorial Day 2011

We spent the weekend in Cedar, the kids stayed busy every second they were awake. Swimming, riding 4 wheelers,playing in the dirt, riding bikes, painting, cooking with grandma,fishing, playing at the park,watching movies,dancing, seeing exotic animals and mostly enjoying their cousins!!

Lady Bug Ball

Instead of a graduation ceremony the kindergartners had a musical performance and they were amazing! I cried like a baby through most of it... I can hardly believe my baby girl is so big! They grow too fast and I am not ready for her to be gone from me all day in 1st grade!
Taytum was a ladybug and wore her Christmas skirt that was actually handed down to her sister! It is size 3T, but she was pretty proud of herself!
We love you Tater Bug and are so proud of all you have accomplished this year at school!Big thanks to her super amazing teacher, Mrs. Williams, we will miss her and appreciate all she has done for her students! She seriously is the BEST teacher ever!!!!

Girl Time

Last weekend we had a girls weekend with the double cousins! Ryan was gone branding, Justin was gone jeeping and they both ditched their dad on the Father and Son's...so Grandpa Russell took the granddaughters camping!!! While they were out bonding with grandpa, Trisha and I went to a movie and dinner! It was so nice, neither one of us new what to do when we didn't have to feed another mouth besides our own!
Saturday morning the girls and grandpa were back- they had a blast and all slept great in the trailer! That afternoon Tater had a friends birthday party to go to and as soon as she got home we went to dinner at Los Lupes and then bowling! The girls were doing great until Josie slipt and smacked her butt on the slippery floor! She was not happy the rest of the time! Addison just wanted to get out of the stroller and crawl around but she was a good sport as long as we kept food in front of her face!!! Fallon was the big winner and kicked some butt bowling, Tater was just happy Tater as usual! We stopped by the nursing home to see Great Grandma and then headed for home!!! Fun weekend- it always is with our cousins!!!

Helldorado Rodeo

Ryan and Brad were supposed to rope in Vegas at the Helldorado Rodeo on Thursday night. Wednesday night when they were practicing Brad got hurt, so Ryan got Austin Eide to heel for him. They won the round with a 6.7 Here is the video... it's way blurry, I had to copy it onto my camera from the camcorder until I get a new cord!

May Day 2011

Last Friday was Tater's first of many May Day Dances. Her teacher and class have been practicing for weeks and where so excited to do there "surprise" dance!! They added a little boogie to the middle of the parachute routine and they all got to wear there sunglasses!!!
We went to The Scoop for Dinner then it was time for the big show! The kindergartners were so cute and so proud of themselves!!! Yeah for May Day!
