This afternoon we took the girls to the Gymkhana playday at the fairgrounds! Taytum did the barrels, poles, flags, and single stake race! It was so warm I had to turn on the a/c in the truck on the way home! The weather was great and the girls had a good time! Tater said she wants to do it again, but faster! We will have to see about that!

Ahhh ! I LOVE the warm weather!!!!Spring and summer are my favorite time of year! After a cold winter there is nothing better than baking in the warm sunshine! Unfortunatley the horses seem to agree! They are starting to shed ALREADY! There is hair flying everywhere around our place!Not really but everytime I go out to feed or catch the horses I feel like I should be wearing one of those little masks to keep my lungs from clogging! Guess I will just stalk up on lint rollers!

Fallon cracks me up! Two days in a row I put her in her high-chair for lunch and before I could even start to feed her she was sound asleep!This was very weird since she doesn't take her nap till about two or three in the afternoon!Anyways I scooped her up and put her in bed and she slept for a good couple of hours both times! I guess the thought of eating lunch just tired her right out!

Happy Day

Yesterday was one heck of a great day! Taytum had her 6 month eye appointment and she was officially cleared from having Strabismus! We now only have to go yearly for a regular opthamolic exam!Some of you are probably wondering what I am talking about. When Taytum was almost one her eyes went crossed! Literally over night, and they were stuck that way! She was diagnosed with Starbismus! Only 4% of all children in the United States have it and she was one of the not so lucky ones!Anyways she had surgery right after her first birthday( worst day of my life) and her eyes are perfect now!
And to add to an even better day, Ryan brought my truck home from the shop! Finally! Oh it was a wonderful day!

Ringing in the New Year,Roping and Running Wild

This weekend was so busy! It was a great start for the New Year! Trisha came out to stay for the weekend with Josie Shark! We went to a way fun party with the Frei's and Grahams! Ate ton's of yummy food( we always do that when we all get together) and played way to many games of Catch Phrase! Thanks guys for a great time! Especially the Chocolate Sauce! The next morning we went to the roping' to watch Ryan. Taytum got to play with her friend Chalice and built lots of dirt bombs with her boyfriend Garrett! The babies both took long naps in the warm truck, and Trish and I just pretty much froze all day! Friday we pretty much did nothing but hang around home, and the same for Saturday! Ryan went to Veyo to go lion hunting so Trisha and I got to have alot of sister time and the girls just got to do alot of playing with all there new toys! Glad to be starting a new year- no real resolutions for us, just staying healthy, happy and playing lots! Happy New Year to all our Friends and Family! We wish you all the Best!

Today was Tater's first day to go to Sunbeams! She was so excited to finally go to mom's class! She has been asking me for weeks if she could come to my class yet? Finally the day came! I can't believe she is already out of nursery and into Primary! She is such a big girl and growing so fast. My baby isn't such a baby anymore! She did very well in class, as did all the other's. Today we learned that Heavenly Father sent us to Earth and gave us each a body to take care of so that someday we can go back to be with Him again.In Sharing Time the kids all had a great time getting there wiggles out and learning some new songs and routines. It's going to be fun year in Sunbeams!
