Lake Trip

Saturday was a perfect day for a quick trip to the lake! Uncle Curt and Aunt Kris came down with there new boat so we hooked up ours and followed them out to Echo Bay. Justin and Trish had come out earlier and Brad was around town, so after about three tries we finally found a babysitter for the babies and we were off! The lake was so nice, especially with it starting to get soo hot lately! We all took turns tubing, and Tater even got on with Trisha and I! That's the best way to go- guaranteed safety with a little one! Not such a good idea to go with your husband! My arms are still feeling like jell-o!Lot's of fun! Can't wait for more lake trips this summer!

The Basket

This afternoon as I picked up toys throughout the house for the sixteenth time I threw them all in a laundry basket.I planned on dropping them off in there appropriate spots later on!Fallon had different plans. I was in the kitchen and she started yelling baby jabber at me, I went to see what was up and here I found her playing in the basket. She has literally been sitting in that thing for thirty minutes!

Fisherwoman

A couple weeks ago we went to the lake with Brad and Reagen to see if we could catch us some fish. Ryan was irrigating so us girls rode out with Bubs and it took us literally ten minutes to get from our house to Steward's Point. Ryan followed later but surely missed our lightning fast drive to the water! Reagen was the fisherwoman of the night! She wanted to keep them ALL but was afraid to touch them! What a silly kid! Taytum got drunk on Cherry 7-Up and Fallon was just happy to be outside in the dirt! Thanks for inviting us Uncle Bubs, your the funnest uncle two little girls could ask for! Now come get those anchovies out of our freezer- They STINK!!!

Swimming at the Ranch

Tonight Taytum invited two of her best friends, Delaney and Macie, and her crazy Aunt Reagen to come swimming with her at the ranch! They had a blast going down the slide over and over! In and out of the secret cave, and even made some sand castles with walls around them!So glad we have great friends that don't mind us bombarding there pool whenever we want! Lots of fun!!!

Swimming at Grandpa and Grandma Yardley's...

is one of our favorite things to do all summer long! Taytum hasn't started swim lessons yet this year but is quickly getting reacquainted with swimming! She is doing so well, loves to run and jump in from the side, and loves to "pencil jump" all the way across the pool! Fallon has no fear either, the other day after watching the big girls jump off the diving board she climbed right off and jumped with no hesitation at all! Bring on the Sunscreen!

Dad's Day

I have such mixed emotions on this day! One minute I am so sad and filled with an empty hole in my heart missing my dad so badly, the next minute I am so overwhelmed with gratefulness for Ryan and the wonderful husband and amazing daddy he is to our daughters! We are the luckiest girls ever to have him in our lives! Happy Father's Day to all our Grandpa's and Dad's! We hope you all have a wonderful day!
