This weekend we headed out of town to camping with our
"other family", the Frei's! We had a great time and enjoyed
getting out of the heat! It was actually nice to put on a
sweater in the evenings and early mornings! We had
lots of great food - yummy dutch oven potatoes & chicken,
Navajo tacos, breakfast burritos, and pancakes, milkshakes,
and lots of Grandma's Slushees! We rode all over in the
Rhino's and saw lots of Antelope, and even though we had
no tags Ryan thought we should chase them like we did!
The kids had a fun playing in the dirt and wading in
Grandpa's irrigation water! Saturday night after dinner
Grandpa Leon took us all on a long bumpy ride over
Mt. Dutton to look for elk. We saw NO elk, but we did
see a few deer!
